What is Goat Yoga?
You know, it's like regular yoga. But with goats!!
At Calhoun Farm Goat Yoga you'll be led on an energetic yoga flow with certified yoga instructor Gabby Orcutt from Inertia of Movement Yoga. Baby pygmy goats will frolic and skip all around you! During ground poses "goat wrangers" will gently help the baby goats balance and pose on your back!

What to expect at Goat Yoga?
Goat Yoga is held outdoors and may be rescheduled if the weather is inclement. The goats don't like the rain!
Calhoun Farm is a working farm. There are goats and chickens free ranging. And farm equipment around.
Goats poop & pee. It is likely you will experience seeing them do it. It's unlikely that you'll experience a direct hit!
Our classes are perfect for beginners and all ages!
